Group Managing Director

Tom is our Group Managing Director and works closely with Sarah and the Geotron management team to ensure robust, safe and efficient day to day operations; alongside the wider ADP Group board, Tom also supports Commercial, Finance, HR and SHEQ functions, and maintains a strong focus on business strategy and financial health.

Josh Creed

Group Commercial Director

Josh is our Group Commercial Director and oversees all revenue generation, including reactive tender responses and proactive lead generation; Josh manages client relationships and major frameworks.

Josh works closely with our operations teams to oversee the whole project lifecycle, ensure the ultimate success of each project, and guarantee client success, each and every time!

Jack Page

Group Services Director

Jack is our Group Services Director and sits on the board alongside our operational leadership.

Working across ADP Group, Jack drives how the business uses technology and systems - from our digital presence and marketing to the tools and processes the whole group relies on.

His focus is on making the group work smarter: streamlining how we operate, bringing in the right technology, and freeing our operational and drilling teams to focus on what they do best.

Sally Creed

Company Secretary

Sally is our Company Secretary; Sally's background and experience is mainly within credit control and accounts admin, alongside the running and day-to-day management of small offices.

Sally joined the family firm in January 2012 to assist with accounts and credit control, before being made company secretary. Sally's primary responsibilities now include HR, PAYE, pensions and wages.

Sarah van Enk

Managing Director

Sarah is responsible for estimating and client care, business strategy, finance, human resources and general business management.

Prior to the formation of the company in 2002, Sarah was an Environmental Consultant involved in all aspects of contaminated land site investigation, risk assessment and remediation programme execution and management. Experience gathered during this time was fundamental to developing and maintaining the business objectives of Geotron UK as a preferred supplier of drilling services to clients throughout the industry.

Sarah has a BSc in Environmental Sciences from the University of East Anglia / Louisiana State University and a PhD in Earth Sciences from the University of Manchester.

John Lawrence

Operations Director

John joined Geotron in 2020 and is responsible for quality, environment and health & safety management, fleet and client compliance, transport management and general business support.

He began his working career as a lab technician, progressing through the ranks of Assistant Site Engineer to Principal Engineer and then as Director and Managing Director within 5 UK based Site Investigation Contractors. John spent a few years working abroad in the Middle East before returning to the UK in 2015.

John has a BSc in Applied Geology from the University of Sunderland.

Victoria Prado Fernandez

Project Director

Viky joined Geotron in 2019 and currently heads up the Project Management team. She oversees project management, liaising with clients, suppliers and the Geotron fleet operations team to ensure the smooth execution of Geotron's services.

Originally from Spain, Viky moved to the UK in 2014 to study and develop her spoken English and to prepare for continuing her Engineering career.

Viky has a Master's Degree in Engineering with a focus on the environment from the University of Oviedo and Barcelona.

Jordan Slater

Fleet Operations Manager

After a period of self-employment in the agricultural, groundwork, construction and property maintenance field, Jordan joined Geotron in 2017 as an assistant, quickly progressing to the Fleet Operations Manager role. He is responsible for compliance, maintenance and repair of all Geotron's fleet including vehicles, rigs, small plant, drilling equipment, and tooling.

He is qualified in plant maintenance, liaises extensively with drilling tool and equipment suppliers to maintain and develop our drilling capabilities, and works together with the project management team to coordinate the required plant, equipment and vehicles for ongoing and upcoming contracts. He also holds a Class C driving licence and assists with equipment mobilisation through the UK using our in-house fleet of LGVs.

Jordan has a BSc in Physical Geography from Manchester Metropolitan University.
